As we start the New Year 2025, it is time to let go of limiting beliefs and stories, step into your light and surrender to your inner wisdom, and shine your light brightly, illuminating and guiding, and dreaming your life and the world into becoming.
Join us for an evening of purification and transformation, where we will start with the Dragon QiGong by engaging our senses in visualization and breathing techniques. With movements that imitate sparks arising from a bonfire and swirling upward like a spiraling dragon, the form works directly on the acupuncture meridians, releasing areas of stagnation and bringing the physical and emotional body into a balanced state of well-being.
We will then move outside and like the Inka, Hopi, Tibetan, Mayan and other indigenous societies throughout the world, Shaman, Dr. César Lara from the Q'ero lineage, will guide us in a fire ceremony, harmonized by Shamanic Sound Healer and Energy Practitioner, Juliana Baron; where we will give thanks and release all that no longer serves us, be it physical or emotional, into the transformational fire, connecting the outer flames with our own internal fire. Then we will bring forth and dream our world and our lives into becoming by ceremonially transmitting all our desires and wishes into a LIFE arrow and allowing the great fire to transmute it into our best becoming.
Master Shifu spent over 20 years in a Buddhist temple in Peru; he has been a pioneer in teaching the true roots of Chinese Qigong in the Tampa Bay Area since 2000 and introduced the Sound Healing meditation with Tibetan singing bowls to the spiritual community today known as a Sound Bath.
Dr Cesar Lara is an evolved functional medical doctor specializing in Bariatric medicine and hormonal imbalances. He is a mesa carrying Shaman from the Q'ero lineage, and founder of Fire and Stone Shamanic Healing Center in Clearwater, FL. Juliana Baron carries the traditional wisdom of her Muisca Lineage in Columbia and other indigenous healing modalities, incorporating her experience with intuitive Energy (Reiki) and Himalayan Sound Therapy instruments and techniques. Juliana is also a Plant Medicine Preparation/Integration coach and Retreat Facilitator.
