Workshop I — Journey to the Lower World
Shamanic Tiger Qigong
Saturday, October 24th, 2026
Descend into the fertile, grounding realms of the Lower World, where the heartbeat of the Earth reverberates through every root, stone, and stream. Here, you will encounter your Personal Eden—a sanctuary of nourishment, protection, and unconditional love. Guided through a shamanic journey, you will meet a power animal ally, offering strength, guidance, and ancestral wisdom.
This passage is deepened through Shamanic Tiger Qigong, a Taoist art once cultivated in the caves of Emei Mountain. The Tiger—totem of power, guardian of the West, and emissary of Earth and Metal—awakens your primal strength, instinctual knowing, and grounded presence. Through symbolic gestures, healing sounds, numerology, and ritual movement, you will reclaim your internal authority.
The ceremony concludes with Kundalini Breath of Fire, fanning the inner flames at the base of the spine and activating your life-force, anchoring you into both body and Earth.

Course Description
Join us for a year-long journey through A Course in Miracles in a welcoming and supportive
environment dedicated to the practice of forgiveness, inner peace, and spiritual transformation.
This weekly study group is designed to remain faithful to the Course while helping students
develop a deeper understanding of both the Workbook and the Text. Each session reviews the
seven Workbook lessons assigned for the week, explores their relationship to relevant passages
from the Text, and encourages thoughtful discussion on how to apply the Course’s teachings in
everyday life.
Whether you are beginning A Course in Miracles for the first time or returning to it after years of
study, this class offers a structured and supportive setting for developing a consistent daily
practice and a deeper experience of the Course.
The purpose of this study group is not merely to understand the Course intellectually, but to
cultivate a lived experience of forgiveness, peace, and a new way of seeing ourselves, others,
and the world.
No previous experience with A Course in Miracles is required. All are welcome.

You will be guided through White Lotus Flower Qigong, a practice of purity, transcendence, and inner illumination. Like the lotus rising from the mud, this form harmonizes mind, body, and spirit, cultivating serenity, clarity, and soulful embodiment.
The journey is complemented with Square (Box) Breathing, a sacred fourfold rhythm that stabilizes the nervous system and restores harmony across the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds. This workshop invites you to blossom into your authentic self.

This ascent is guided by Venerable Dragon Qigong, a sacred internal alchemy that channels the rising fire of the Dragon—symbol of transformation, spiritual sovereignty, and cosmic blessing.
